Reservation Information
RATES:
The rates listed on this site are for weekly rentals. Please call for daily, weekend, or discounted monthly rates. The prices shown on the site include state and local taxes.
PAYMENT POLICY:
To guarantee your reservation a 30% deposit of the total rental is required. This prepayment is due within 15 days of booking. Your balance will be due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Information on keys and car passes will be sent to you once we receive your final payment. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be in writing and received at least 60 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations less than 60 days, monies will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the property for the same reservation dates at the same rental rate.
- For cancellations less than 30 days, ALL monies will be forfeited.
REFUNDS:
Once you have checked into the property, no refund will be made for early checkouts. If you do not cancel the reservation and do not arrive for your rental period, all monies paid will be forfeited.
INDEMNIFICATION:
Guest agrees to indemnify Owner for any damages to the dwelling or grounds and to furnishings, caused by negligence of the guest or any member of his/her party that occur during the guests stay.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
There must be at least one individual 25 years of age who will occupy the property during the entire stay.
MISCELLANEOUS:
This villa is a fully equipped vacation home, and includes all kitchen appliances and cookware, washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, charcoal grill, 4 TV's, 3 VCRs, and 1 DVD player.

Telephones: are provided for free local calls. Making long distance calls will require a calling card.
Internet Access: We have high-speed cable internet. You must provide your own wireless card but we also have a network cable for you to plug into if you don't have access to wireless.
Linens: Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Linens are also provided for the Sleeper Sofa.
Cleaning: The villa will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart.
Household Supplies: A starter supply of bath soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper are provided.
Beach Locker: 201 Tennismaster has a beach locker available for use during your stay. The locker is located at the Shipyard Beach House and is large enough to store beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc.
RV's, Trailers, Motorcycles are not allowed in Shipyard Plantation.
Pets: Sorry, no pets are permitted in the villa. |
